 I was out at Rowes Wharf in Boston, MA for a family reunion event. My spouse ran an errand and on her way out saw some fancy cars and said I should take a look. Initially I just grabbed a shot with my cellphone. But, it is very rare that one sees a Pagani Huayra and Huayra BC out and about.

The wrap has two layers. There is a white base layer. Over that layer there is a transparent layer that provides the metallic purple pearl.

After the body work was completed, the interior painted, and the exterior primed the car was picked up by P&L Motorsports for work to continue. They were concerned that with the car only being primed and not painted the primer would be highly susceptible to damage while they finished the car and therefore asked us to have the car painted or wrapped before continuing the work.

As usual, the Subaru BRZ continues to be the car we need for 99%+ of what we do. 

This time we had: sporting goods (including cross-country skis and snowboarding boots), other donation items, a Corsair 7000D Airflow case (big), as well as the rest of the components to build my spouse's new PC.

Fall 2021 Autocross Events

Thus far I have not posted much from out autocross exploits. Mainly, it usually is not all that exciting. But, when we went to the Boston BMW SCCA Autocross Novice School I had a big spin.

One of our fellow participants captured it and sent it to us and said I could share!

Car was okay as far as we can tell so far. We drove it the rest of the day, did our timed laps, and seemed to have no issues.

Cagalli Yula, Gilly's Auto, Krown Rust Proofing

Fourth year taking Cagalli Yula (2014 Subaru BRZ Limited) to Gilly's Auto now in Lebanon, NH for her annual Krown treatment. As usual had a nice conversation with Josh and Heather while the car was being sprayed.

As usual I used this time to examine the underside of the vehicle.

As we plan to do High Performance Driver Education (HPDE) events and track days in the future, plus the fact that our brake pads were rather worn, as well as brake lines that should be replaced according to research I did on service life.
