Cagalli Yula, Gilly's Auto, Krown Rust Proofing

Fourth year taking Cagalli Yula (2014 Subaru BRZ Limited) to Gilly's Auto now in Lebanon, NH for her annual Krown treatment. As usual had a nice conversation with Josh and Heather while the car was being sprayed.

As usual I used this time to examine the underside of the vehicle.

Still no real rust to speak of other than on the exhaust and a little bit on the rear differential housing.

These days some of the plastic cladding underneath the car is looking a bit deformed and beat up. Probably adding to some drag and hurting fuel economy slightly on the highway.

The other thing we noticed is that at the pinch points used for lifting the car the two on the front are bent. It looks like someone lifted it at some point on metal instead of with wood or rubber.

In terms of Gilly's Auto the new location has a much nicer lobby and waiting area. They are also a lot closer to local shops so we took a walk and ate lunch. This was not nearly as convenient at the old location.

We did have to cancel our appointment for Nausicaa. We optimistically booked an appointment hoping to have that car this year, but that did not end up happening. Here's to next year!
